Café Requests are a list of requests for the café from customers and staff at the café. There is a wide variety of requests for the player to complete in all different categories. Most requests probably have to do with furniture/decor in the café, or making specific food dishes. The player can view the list of requests by clicking the icon that says "requests" on the main menu in the café. The player will be able to look at the different requests that they can complete. The player will be able to accept the request. The key request is at the top of the request list. Completing it will immediately raise the player's café level. In order for the player to complete the request and be credited, they must accept the request before or while they are doing the request in order for it to count. Non-key requests each have their own difficulty: Easy (green), Normal (orange), and Hard (red). For each request you complete, the party gauge will fill a bit more. More difficult requests fill the gauge up more quickly.
The other type of request is a favor.
On the right is the list of requests. The player can scroll through the requests. The player has the key request selected. Notice the key request has a key icon next to it.
