There are three types of currency in Disney Magical World and Disney Magical World 2, with the most popular being coins (P). Coins can be found in a multitude of ways; one of the best ways is the café.
You will earn coins by making and selling food and drinks at the café. When all the food is sold out, go to the manager, tap "Collect coins" and you'll earn the amount of money the customers paid. In addition, holding a themed party will raise even more money and sell the food out instantly. You'll also earn money if you sell items to Scrooge McDuck at McDuck's, where Donald Duck's three nephews work. Items with a higher rarity sell more. Another way to earn money is to find it during episodes. This could be from gathering , treasure chests, or fishing, and the amount of coins ranges from a measly 10 coins to a whopping 5,000 coins. Finally, coins will be dropped by enemies when they are defeated.
Coins are needed to buy items at McDuck's and some other shops. Along with materials, coins are needed to purchase and craft clothing at Daisy's Boutique, furniture/tools at Chip'n Dale's Workshop, decorations at the Three Little Pigs House Renovation shop, and many other items at shops/places of service. At the café, whenever the player makes a certain recipe for the first time, they need coins to create it. However, once the player makes a certain recipe for the first time, they will no longer need coins to make that recipe again.
In the Shop of Wonder, instead of coins, the player uses "Nice!" as currency. At certain shops including McDuck's, there are also items that cost Friendship Medals and Seasonal Event Medals.
