The Chamberlain is the Chamberlain of Castleton. He works in favor of the king and will gladly trade cards with the you. All you have to do is give him three duplicate cards of your choice and he will give you one random card. He can be found in the castle. There are certain cards that can only be obtained by trading with him including cards of characters and franchises who do not have characters in the game.
Note: the card that he gives you may or may not be a duplicate.
