Tigger is a large tiger-like creature who loves bouncing, and he is the third character in the Winnie the Pooh franchise.
DISNEY MAGICAL WORLD
He is first seen in the introduction to the 100 Acre Wood, watching Pooh float away on a balloon.
Tigger can be seen and talked to on the east edge of the 100 Acre Wood, near the south side of the river. He can also be invited to the café for a party.
