Winnie the Pooh is a yellow teddy bear who absolutely loves honey, and the eponymous character of the Winnie the Pooh franchise.

DISNEY MAGICAL WORLD

He is first seen in Castleton, floating into 100 Acre Wood on a balloon. You must venture into the Wood and get him down from the balloon.

After succeeding in this, he will be standing near the log by the episode board in the main 100 Acre Wood area, where he can be spoken to. After unlocking the area Beyond the River, he will relocate to that area, outside his house north of the bridge. He can be invited to the café for a party, like the other characters.
